Hi! I'm Arda Akdemir, a Software Engineer at Indeed building NLP and GenAI solutions for real-world applications.
Indeedにてソフトウェアエンジニアとして、実世界の課題に対するNLP・GenAIソリューションの開発に従事しています。
I have a PhD in NLP and a research background and interest, but I'm a builder at heart. Over the last 3 years I've brought multiple GenAI products from 0-to-1 prototype to production, including multi-agent systems implemented using open-source frameworks. I'm a hands-on tech lead on the work that makes agents robust and reliable in the wild: evaluation frameworks, LLM-as-a-judge pipelines, and production observability. On the research side, my latest work on resume-based prompt injection appears at ACL 2026.
自然言語処理の博士号を持ち、研究のバックグラウンドと関心を持ち続けていますが、根っからのビルダーです。ここ3年間で、オープンソースフレームワークを用いたマルチエージェントシステムを含む複数のGenAIプロダクトを0→1のプロトタイプから本番環境まで一貫して構築してきました。実環境で堅牢かつ信頼性高く動作するエージェントを構築するため、評価フレームワーク、LLM-as-a-judgeパイプライン、本番モニタリング基盤においてハンズオンのテックリードを担っています。研究面では、最新の履歴書プロンプトインジェクション対策がACL 2026に採択されました。
